I Believe in Pink

Get Picky have a lovely challenge this month and this is my interpretation of their challenge. I loved the colours that it suggested and introduced  the pink as a reflection of the title.

These photo's were taken at my birthday party ...I'm not mentioning numbers.

Delightful

Yellow is such a happy colour I thought this photo of Lily and the colour complemented each other.

I saw a challege on the whitewith1 blog site and saw that it was to use yellow as the main colour.Yellow just happens to be one of my favourite colours. So I thought I might give it a go. I found in my stash some yellow craft paper flowers by Just Craft....had forgotten that I had them... and I took it from there.

just one day

Another Page Of Lily

This page is one I did ..again of Lily...using different edgings. I've sanded, punched, inked. ripped and sewn. I  loved these photo's even though they are not perfect they still tell a story.

'tis the season

I have loved being the creative guest for Scrapville. Here is my latest page done with the monthly pack. This months pack was a Lily Bees Designs. I loved the papers and created a christmas theme page. If you want to see what others did with these papers just jump across to  the  Scrapville Blog. I thought that this photo taken of Lily last Christmas was ideal for the Lily Bee papers and it all came together quite nicely.

The girls have arrived

Well the big day is here. The Girls, Darlene, Marlene and Charlene have arrived. They were delivered in driving rain but they have settled in and one day later they....or one of them either D, M or C....has presented us with the first EGG. They are a beautiful Orpington Bantom cross and are a lovely honey -tan colour with lovely fluffy tails. I haven't learnt chook talk yet but they do seem to listen and coo when you talk to them.

Welcome to my blog

Welcome to my blog. I am hoping that I will be able to share some of my thoughts, some of my ideas and some of my scrapbooking or any thing else that takes my fancy at the time.
Below is my first effort to upload one of my pages.
Honest Mum, He Followed Me Home
This photo of my daughter was taken on a trip to Thailand. Whilst I am not often dictated to by the colours in photos I couldn't resist taking advantage of the wonderful orange of the tigers fur.
As usual, this page has flowers and has been sewn on the sewing machine.

Hopefully this upload is successful and I can share some more of my pages with you in the future.

Happy Scrapping
